Timetable Notes: Field events with the same colour in the same time block mean they will be competing together at the same time. Some field events are scheduled to be held in the main stadium as noted on the timetable.

Late entries will be considered on a case by case basis depending on current entries in the specific event. Please contact us to enquire about late entries. Late entry fees apply - Platinum $10 per event, Traditional/ANQ $30 per event, Base/Interstate $40 per event.
All athletes MUST CHECK-IN NO LATER THAN 60 MINUTES PRIOR to the scheduled start time of their event/s each day they are competing (90 min for Pole Vault). Athletes must sign to confirm their entries and are encouraged to confirm for all events in which they are competing that day.
ATHLETES WILL BE WITHDRAWN FROM THEIR EVENTS IF THEY ARRIVE LATE FOR CHECK-IN. Athletes may only be reinstated into their events at the sole discretion of the Competition Director.
Athletes are expected to present their 2018-19 competition bib numbers when checking-in. If unable to do so, new numbers must be purchased for $5.00 (cash only). QA members who have not yet received their bib numbers for the season may collect these at check-in.
Athletes MUST wear their current 2018-19 QA or ANQ bib numbers on the front and back of their competition top (one number required for HJ/PV). Athletes will not be allowed to compete unless correct bib numbers are worn. Temporary numbers are not accepted. Interstate/International athletes will be issued with QA bib numbers for the Championships. Replacement numbers issued to athletes will incur a $5 fee (cash only). QA members who have not yet received their bib numbers for the season may collect these at check-in.

Gate admission will be charged for the duration of the Championships. Tickets are purchased at the gate. EFTPOS is available.

QA Platinum Members
The Championships will be conducted in the following age groups.
Able-bodied: Under 14, Under 15, Under 16, Under 17, Under 18, Under 20 and Open.
Multi-class (para-athletes/AWD): Under 14, Under 16, Under 18, Under 20 and Open.
Age is calculated as at 31 December 2019. Example - An athlete turning 14 years old during 2019 will be in the Under 15 age group. The minimum age to participate is 12 years (athletes born in 2007). Athletes are not permitted to compete in the same event in the following age groups: U15/U16 and U17/U18
All currently registered Queensland (QA/ANQ), interstate (AA) and international (IAAF) athletes who have achieved the qualifying performances (see section below) are invited to participate. Unregistered athletes who would like to participate must register with Queensland Athletics prior to entering online.
Multi-class athletes (para-athletes/AWD) must have at least a current Provisional Level Classification. A National Level Classification opportunity for athletes with a physical impairment will be held on Thursday 7th March, before the commencement of the Championships, for new athletes or those requiring a review. These performances have not been set to discourage athletes, but rather as an indicator to show athletes they have what it takes to compete. Performances will be accepted from any QA, ANQ, school or Little A's meet held since 1 January 2018 and can be hand-timed under any wind conditions.
