UQ Sport Kids – Spring Holidays
Put a spring in your child’s step with UQ Sport Kids’ school holidays programs!
Choose between Primary (6-11 years) coaching – designed to help young athletes improve their agility, balance and coordination skills – or Secondary (12-17 years) training, involving more intensive coaching in sprints, jumps and throws.

Term 4 Programs
Bust your child out of the after school grind with UQ Sport Kids’ Term 4 programs!
The Lower Primary (6-8 years) program is where fun meets fitness! Here, children are introduced to the basics of sprinting, jumping and throwing, with plenty of emphasis on having fun.
In Upper Primary (9-11 years), it’s all about learning to compete, with more advanced events incorporated into training – including relays, hurdles and javelin.
