QA All Schools Pre-Meet (including events for Open and Under 20 athletes)

Athletics Australia Domestic Permit (this allows athletes to qualify for the National Championships in April. However, your results will not appear on World Athletics).

Cost: $15 per event. 

Entries close: 27th September at 9.00am - no entries will be accepted after that time. 

Membership: All athletes must be a member of Queensland Athletics. Athletes who are not members (and are at School) can use this link https://www.revolutionise.com.au/qss/registration to register as a School member for no cost. This membership will cover you for the QA All Schools State Chamionships from 31 October - 3 November - but not the shield meets in between. 

Events: Sprint Hurdles (80m, 90m, 100m, 110m), 100m, 400m, 1500m, 2000m Steepelechase (heights 0.762m, 0.838m, 0.914m), Shot Put, Javelin, Long Jump (Women only), Triple Jump (Men only).

Event Day Information

• There is no check in
• There are no bibs
• Athletes will be issued a hip number at the start for the 1500m and Steeplechase
• Uniforms - club, school or anything you that is appropriate for competition
• Track Events - turn up to the start area 10 mins prior to the start
• Field Events - turn up 30 mins prior to the start of the event 
• False Start rule - the Combined Events Fasle Start rule will be used for this meet only
• Results will not be posted - they will be put on the event page following the meet
• No implement check in will be provided at this meet
