Queensland Track Classic
27th March 2021
QSAC, Brisbane
World Athletics, Oceania Athletics, Athletics Australia and Queensland Athletics are very pleased to announce that the 2021 edition of the Queensland Track Classic, 27 March 2021, will join the World Athletics Continental Tour as a Silver level permit meet.
As one of around a dozen Silver level meets on the World Athletics Continental Tour, and the first of the series, the Queensland Track Classic is the premier one day competition in Australia, and we aim to provide the best all round experience possible for those in attendance.
Another exciting aspect of the Silver level permit is the significant prize money on offer to the athletes on the day. Participation in the Continental Tour, at the Silver level, grants athletes the opportunity to gain valuable “B” level points, as they strive towards the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games.
***Nominating for this event does not guarantee selection***
For any inquiries, please email us at Matt.Lynch@qldathletics.org.au
*Please Note - Subject to change due to COVID restrictions. We advise all attendees to book refundable flights and accommodation where possible
